Starting June 19th, Fellini Coffee will bring its first-of-its-kind coffee truck to the front lawn at The Maidstone, serving handcrafted espresso drinks, matcha, brewed teas, signature pastries, and more. Founded by chef and restaurateur Franco Noriega, Fellini blends culinary passion, cultural heritage, and design-forward hospitality through thoughtfully curated offerings and a “quality and passion first” philosophy. The pop-up invites guests to enjoy an elevated coffee experience in the heart of East Hampton all summer long through Labor Day weekend.
