This Summer, the Maidstone will reopen under the vision and stewardship of LDV Hospitality, bringing a touch of la dolce vita to the East End.

THE
RESTAURANT
An Italian coffee program starts the day, followed by a full lunch and dinner service offered in our 120-seat restaurant and garden. A refreshing aperitivo menu is offered daily from 2:30pm-5:30pm in the garden, while the main bar welcomes guests into the evening. Crafted by Chef Jorge Espinoza of Scarpetta, the menu evokes quintessential moments of ‘Italian Summer’ in the Hamptons.
Further cultivating the nostalgia of an Italian summer, LDV At The Maidstone has partnered with Gucci to make its iconic Airstream available on property throughout the Summer, making coffees and other treats available to guests throughout the morning.
